Sam turns his eyes out the window. "Well, not exactly. I was going to bury
her body too, but... It didn't work out that way." That's not the half of
it. He feels a wave of exhaustion that there has to be any reason at all
with Ruby. "Maybe. Maybe it's as simple as that. She doesn't want the world
to mirror Hell, and neither do I. Ruby and I have some common ground." Even
if he knew Ruby wanted a get out of Hell free card, he wouldn't blame her.
There's a lot written on Dean's face since his return that tells Sam that
Hell isn't a place demons want to be either.
