It's nothing, Sammy. [He does pause a moment, giving it some thought. He sighs and when he speaks again his voice is a little deeper and quieter]

Zachariah threw me into this...future that was all screwed up. Cas was human and...it was bad, Sammy. [No way he's telling him that Lucifer wearing a Sam suit killed him] I guess I see that happening here and I'm trying to stop it and it's not working.

Zachariah? Was that, when we--? This place, the City..it isn't back home, Dean. There's no Apocalypse here, no war to be fought, no archangels hounding after our skin. So..even though Cas is human, that future is never going to happen. You don't have to worry about that. We're safe here.
