I don't know if you've been keeping up on the network but there's a guy at the station that's been accused of killing another guy. Maybe several people.

I don't think he did it. I know him. I have beer with him every evening after work. The guy that was killed though? He remembers Ray killing him. Clearly. I trust that guy too. If he says Ray killed him then something that looked Ray did. Skin Walker's my first bet. Demon after that.

Fuck... no more beer. No police station, either. I'm kinda persona non grata with everyone right now, so I'm sure they'd be thrilled to see me. Just... pick.

I've heard bits and pieces of things, but I didn't even make the connection. Guess it's been a while since I had to put a case file together.

Dean pulls the Impala up to Ken's building, gets out and heads toward his door. He knocks, rocks back on his heels and waits.

There's a bark to answer right before Ken opens the door and slips out, locking it behind him.

"... one word about how I look and I'm kicking your ass sometime in the near future."

He'll be okay, Anna. I'll make sure of it.

Dean just laughs at that, shaking his head. "I was going to comment on how you didn't have to get dressed up for me but with that kind of threat I guess I'll shut up."

Did they... did they find out something else about, about what happened?

The best he gets is a glare, since rolling his eyes wouldn't be good until the black eye had healed. He brushes past Dean with a soft snort.

"Better be glad I put on my decent jeans."

I hardly expect you to do anything else.
