[The camera flickers on to show an incredibly drunk, angry and broken Dean. He's at the deity building with a sawed off shotgun. It's clear to anyone that knows him that he's been through Hell--is still going through Hell and it's not the kind he suffered for 40 years. It's worse. This is the kind of Hell he'd sell his soul along with every other soul on earth to keep away.]

COME ON YOU SUNNVABITCHES! THIS WASN'T PART OF THE DEAL!

[He backs away from the front door of the deity office and fires a rock salt loaded shot at the door.]

[ooc: Deities, I'm well aware this may incur some wrath. I'm okay with whatever the deities feel the need to do to him. Residents who want to try and talk him down are welcome. He may or may not respond to the device]

[ Cameron doesn't answer that, instead just buying some high percentage alcohol and making her way to where he is. At least that was fairly obvious from the video. ]

Hey, Winchester. [ She's going to pretend that she doesn't see how he's falling apart. ] I'll trade you this for that. [ Lifting the bottle and pointing at his shotgun. ]

[He smirks a little, a bitter sort of smile. He does appreciate the pretending and it earns points in her favor.] You realize I've got more of these.

That one's the one I'm most worried about right now, so gimme. [ She holds out the alcohol to him. ]

C'mon, Winchester.

You're giving it back later. [His tone is pretty much defeated though. He hands off the shotgun and grabs the whiskey bottle.] You coulda splurged for the nice shit. [Of course he's unscrewing the top and already chugging.]

Yeah. [ She takes the shotgun from him and does her best to make sure it's not randomly going to go off. ] Speed you're drinking, it's a good thing I didn't splurge.

You take my gun you don't get to comment on my drinking.

I've got a pot of coffee with your name on it, too, if you'll come along.

[ She smiles, though it's not very happy. ] We'll try to figure something out once you're feeling a little-- once you've calmed down a bit, how's that sound?

Sober is exactly what I don't want to be.

Sober is what you'll need to be if you want to come up with a better idea than shooting at the deities' office, Winchester.

[He takes a sip of the whiskey but he's pretty surly looking] You'd be surprised how well I do on whiskey. [Sober is going to hurt and it's going to be panic and Dean's not entirely sure he can handle that.]

C'mon, let's get off the street. [ And she marches off. With your shotgun. You better follow, Dean. ]

[Yeah he's not liking this whole deal but he grumbles, bitching under his breath and goes along. He doesn't actually have the Impala here. He left it at home for fear the deities would use it to make a deal or a point or punish him.]

[ Don't bitch, Dean. You get to see your boss' apartment from the inside. After she's let them both in, still working on the assumption that Dean will damn well follow, she motions to the couch. ] Make yourself comfortable.

[He hardly even waits for the invitation before flopping down with his bottle of whiskey.]

I have another one, if you finish that one without dying from alcohol poisoning. [ Cameron pours herself a glass of wine in the kitchen before kicking off her heels and settling down at the edge of the couch, curling her legs under her. ]

I start another one, I'm gonna pass out here. [It's more warning than anything. This is emphasized by the long drink of whiskey he takes.]

Couch is all yours.

You're a saint. [It's said with a bit of a sarcastic, bitter tone but he actually means it.]

Don't forget you said that when you have a headache tomorrow and blame me for supplying you with alcohol.

That's what I'm saving a third of the bottle for. [Yeah, Dean's an expert at semi sober. He spent several months after Hell and then several months after Sam jumped into Lucifer's cage in that state.]

You're not planning on sobering up anytime soon, do you?

Nope [And another swig of whiskey, just in case she thinks he's kidding.] You wanna kick me out now, I get it.

And have you be late for work tomorrow? No, Winchester, you're going to sleep on the couch and I'm going to kick you off it tomorrow morning. [ ... It's a roundabout way of saying that she's worried and keeping an eye on him, but she doesn't think he'd appreciate her coming right out and saying that, so. Roundabout it is. ]

You really want me in the office tomorrow? [He appreciates the round about what of speaking. It works best with him. In fact this is his roundabout way of saying he's likely to do more damage than good at work right now.]

If you think you can handle it. [ The tone is very carefully neutral and without judgement. She would have thought it'd be best for him not to be alone and without something to do. ]
