Personally, Ruby is glad the angel disappeared; She's terrified of him, though she won't admit it or show it. One argument or discussion point at a time is better for all of them. Dean won't argue with Ruby training Sam's physical abilities. He can't deny that she's good in a fight. He will have a little more to say about Sam's mental abilities though. That is for another day.
