Jo looks over at Dean, waiting for more. For about four seconds. "That's all you're gonna tell me? This is important, Dean," she tries not to sound too desperate, but she really is. It's one thing being given a second chance at life, but knowing he went back to their world and saw the punchline to the Apocalypse she died fighting against? Yeah, she was desperate to know.

"Is Bobby okay?"

He hates this. He takes a long drink of his beer and shakes his head. "Nah...Bobby didn't--he put up a good fight though. Right to the end."

Jo opens her mouth to question it - hello, wheelchair? - but for the most part, she didn't even want the details. Her face screws up, like she swallowed something bitter, and she looks away. "But he got to help. Which is what he wanted, so." Oh, damnit, Jo hates this too.

Dean doesn't tell her Bobby was walking because he doesn't want her to know that he sold his soul and never got a chance for Crowley to give it back (or not. It's a moot point now).
