The goofy grin on Dean's face makes it clear he's very proud of his decorations. The blow up santa is a great idea. They can put him in the yard. Maybe some reindeer too. Sam's recollection of the memory makes Dean's smile soften. "Yeah? You think?" He nods, pleased by the compliment. Part of the reason he wanted to decorate like those houses was for Sam. It would have been amazing to do it when Sam was a kid, but in some ways, Sam will always be a kid to Dean.
