So when Ruby recovered enough to stand on her on two feet, he suggested they go shopping for clothes of her own. The thrift store would be the simplest place to find all kinds of clothing. In the small town adjacent to the cabin, it was called: Nifty Nook. Sam held the door for her when they entered. Behind her, his hand slides across her hip to rest against her stomach. "How about we start with the pants? If you feel like it after, we can get something to eat."
Watching Ruby recover hadn't been easy so a change of pace is nice.
